Donation Requests

Event Depot is proud to support many organizations in our community. We believe that life is more than making a profit. We strive to play an active role in our community, through investment of personal time and energies in local charitable groups and hospitality industry organizations. Each year, Event Depot commits to a limited number of organizations to receive a charitable contribution of in-kind products/services to enhance their fundraising event.

Event Depot accepts sponsorship proposals throughout the year and reviews them regularly. Due to the high volume of requests, Event Depot is only able to consider organizations that follow the submission procedure. Agencies interested in receiving support from Event Depot must complete the Donation Request Form (link below) and provide the following attachments:

* Federal IRS tax exemption certificate indicating 501c(3) status
* Fundraising goals
* Board of Directors and Officers list
* List of top 10 contributors
* Project budget
* Brief description of organization's mission

Requests must be received no later than six (6) weeks prior to your event date Please be sure that your application includes all of the required documentation, as incomplete proposals will not be considered. Event Depot attempts to fulfill as many requests as possible, but cannot guarantee that every donation request will be met.


Event Depot does not support the following and submitted applications for these organizations will not be considered:

* Individuals, including scholarship or fellowship assistance
* For-profit entities; including start-up small businesses
* Local/regional/national sports teams of activities, including sponsorships of individual athletes
* Religious organizations
* Organizations requesting donations to cover operating deficits


Organizations may be limited to one award per calendar year. As a rule, Event Depot does not purchase tables for fundraising dinners and events and does not sponsor individuals in marathons, walkathons or similar activities. Decisions are at the sole discretion of the Event Depot Advisory Board and awards are subject to fund availability. Event Depot reserves the right to make a partial award.
Requests that may compromise the integrity or negatively affect the reputation of Event Depot will not be considered.
