Sales Manager - Corporate Accounts

Event Depot is currently seeking a talented sales manager with a minimum of 2 years experience in the event industry and a general knowledge of audio visual production, design, budgeting, and event management. This position is responsible for managing the sales efforts for corporate clients and maintaining communication with clients throughout the execution of their events.

Candidate should

  • Provide high quality event proposals and event solutions for clients while managing the coordination and distribution of client event proposals
  • Coordinate with entire team to ensure successful events
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong and rewarding business relationship with our partners
  • Candidate must have strong working knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite and possess excellent professional presentation skills.
Position reports to General Manager.

Linen Specialist - Part Time

Candidate should have experience sewing and should be willing to work with industrial sergers and sewing machines. Good organizational skills are necessary and candidate must be very detail-oriented. Must be willing and able to perform a variety of tasks such as cutting, serging, sorting, lifting, and cleaning. Candidate will also be required to operate in house laundry equipment. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to an Operations Manager.

Audio/ Visual Technician- Part time

Audio/ Visual Technicians are responsible for the set up, operation, and breakdown of basic to high end Audio, Video, Projection, and Lighting equipment. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills proven through demonstrated ability to interact well with people and help others. Technical aptitude and basic understanding of how to use audiovisual equipment and computer software is mandatory. Must portray a polished professional image to meet company dress code requirements.

* Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule to include nights and weekends.

Event Coordinators- Part time

Event Coordinators assist in coordinating Corporate events, fundraisers, weddings, parties, and various functions for clients. Candidate should be detail-oriented and able to stand for long hours. Must be willing and able to perform a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to an Event Manager.
