Account Coordinator
Event Depot is currently seeking a talented individual with
a minimum of 2 years experience in the event industry and a general knowledge of audio visual production, design, budgeting,
and event management.
Candidate should
- Provide high quality event proposals and event solutions for clients
while managing the coordination and distribution of client event proposals
- Coordinate with entire team to ensure successful
events
- Cultivate and maintain a strong and rewarding business relationship with vendors and properties
- Possess
ability to meet pre-determined sales goals
- Maintain current familiarity with company inventory, resources and
competitive strengths
- Work with clients to assure expectations are met through smooth execution
- Develop production
schedules and labor schedules
- Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt follow up
- Contribute to Company’s
marketing efforts through social media
- Candidate must have strong working knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite
and possess excellent professional presentation skills.
- Position is in-store with some on-site event work
- Ideal
candidate will have existing relationships in the industry
Reports to General Manager
Audio Visual Technician -
Event Depot is currently seeking a talented individual with
a minimum of 2 years experience in the event industry and a strong working knowledge of audio, video and lighting.
Candidate
should
- Possess ability to set up, operate, and break down equipment such as lighting systems, sound systems
and projection equipment
- Accurately pull equipment orders and accessories for deliveries
- Troubleshoot and
correct problems with audio visual set up
- Exhibit knowledge and ability to maintain equipment as directed by Technical
Director
- Possess excellent customer service skills proven through demonstrated ability to interact well
with people and help others
- Maintain professional appearance and rapport with clients
- Must be able to lift
a minimum of 75 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Clean driving record required
Reports
to Technical Director
Event Designer-
Event Depot is currently seeking a talented individual with a minimum of 2
years experience in the event industry and extensive knowledge of linens, sewing, florals, print design, and budgeting.
Candidate should
- Show ability to work independently to create and execute innovative designs for clients
- Assist
in design demonstrations and development in cooperation with sales team
- Have ability to price designs and manage profit
margins
- Assist sales team in developing proposals for clients
- Insure that proposed items are available and
ready for the event
- Lead the set up of events to insure client’s vision is delivered
- Show willingness
to perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors/managers
